Excellent bag!
Huge bag! Fits a middle schooler's entire locker: laptop (in protective case), massive 4" binder with all the trimmings, gym clothes (and shoes), extra books, water bottle. Lots of pockets for devices, calculator, keys, etc. Excellent bag -- will hopefully last a long time.

I bought this for school, but also because I can use it for many years. It can hold a lot of books and keeps my pens and highlighters organized. The water bottle pockets are large and can accommodate my large size owala. The only thing I would improve is the location and size of the custom embroidery, but that doesn’t affect the functionality of this wonderful backpack.

After only 2 months it’s beginning to fall apart
I’ve had the backpack for almost two months and one of the straps is already beginning to come unattached. I haven’t been carrying a lot of weight in it either. Most days in doesn’t even include the extra weight of my laptop. I have a different LL Bean backpack I’ve had over 10 years and neither of the straps have shown any indication of detachment. I’m highly disappointed that the quality has decreased.
