Great value all purpose rain coat
I was deciding between the trail rain jacket and this but erred on the side of a coat i could hike in when im in places people aslo hunt. My girlfriend has the trail jacket and we just took a 5 mile hike in the Berkshires with persistent rain from start to finish and wearing the same base layer. I’m the only one who was still dry underneath. I could see long term exposure to heavy rain being a challenge but for the price and the quality of design I am happy with my choice.Size and fit is great. Happy to see a XS option too though I opted for the S. Only improvement I’d like to see is a chest pocket like the trail and other jackets have.

WOW!!!
I was looking for a light waterproof jacket in a bright color. My Northwoods II jacket arrived today, and fit the way I was expecting, all the seams and finishings are as described. I did a water hose test, to see how waterproof the jacket was, and I was impressed. The color is what caught my eye at first!
