Great year round!
I had to wait for this to get restocked. It was worth it love the deep pockets plus the additional ones for a cell phone… Both zippered. Lightweight and comfortable and can double as a rain jacket.

Best jacket ever!
This jacket is perfect! It is very warm on cold days but also thin enough that on not so cold days you don’t overheat. I love this jacket on its own and also as a couple layers it’s so thin and light it doesn’t bunch up.

Won't Buy again
Like another L.L. Bean men's' jacket I have purchased, this one has a weak/flimsy zipper which is prone to becoming undone and then difficult to untangle.

Warmer Than Expected and Very Lightweight
Wore this jacket over a sweatshirt in single-digit temps and was pleasantly surprised how warm it was. Wind resistance was helpful too. Love the lightweight design. Don't feel the need to take it off before getting in the car. Was slightly smaller than expected. Needed to go from an XL to XXL to fit over sweaters, sweatshirts etc.
