- Due to their unique construction, Bean Boots typically run large. For this style, we recommend you order a full size down from what you would normally wear. For example, if you normally wear a size 10, order a size 9.

The Maine-made, weather-ready rubber moc customers love, now in an easier-to-wear slip-on design that makes stepping outside a breeze.
In 1912, when 90 of his first 100 pairs of boots sold were returned, our founder, L.L., sent out refunds and fixed the problem. We've followed in his footsteps, listening to customers and making improvements while staying true to everything that makes Bean Boots legendary. Best of all, they're still sewn right here in Maine - one pair at a time - by expert craftspeople. Whoever says, "they don't build things like they used to," doesn't own a pair of these.
- Uniquely shaped foot form offers comfort and stability, and a steel shank adds support.
- Cushioned dual-density insole offers enhanced comfort and cushion all day long.
- Waterproof rubber boot bottom keeps feet dry.
- Iconic chain-tread outsole is now made from a longer-lasting rubber.
- Soft, high-quality tumbled leather upper.
- Convenient slip-on style with double goring for easy on/off.
- Best for rain, mud and other wet conditions.
- Waterproof to just below the stitch line.

New great feature on a classic Bean boot
Have owned probably more than 30 pairs since 1977 and really like the new flexible webbing on top, makes the boot much more secure than the laces and easy to step into and out of. I like them so much, I will get another pair for Christmas in the traditional brown color. Really like that these boots continue to be made in Maine, USA and they really last a long time with that special water proof sole that keeps out the slush and rain.
