Magically warm - feels like an electric blanket!
I honestly can't understand how they made this blanket, it is some kind of magical material. A few seconds after you get under it, you start to feel heat as if it was an electric blanket. Apparently the fibers capture and store your body heat and reflect it back to you. It is truly incredible! I love the color too. The one negative is that because of the velour-like texture, it is very, very slippery. I use it when I take naps on the couch, and if I don't tuck it in under the cushions, it slides right off me and onto the floor if I happen to roll over or move while I'm sleeping. Also, if I put other blankets on top of it for extra insulation, they slide right off it very easily as well. They are usually on the floor when I wake up, even if this blanket is still tucked in. I am considering adding a couple patches of velcro on one side, but then I have to figure out how to attach the mating velcro to the couch cushions to hold it in place. I haven't tried using it on a regular bed, because I have a nice comforter on my bed already. I'm just using this blanket downstairs for naps on the couch. I cannot imagine a warmer blanket, just have to be prepared to deal with how easily it slides off you and how easy other blankets slide off of it.

The best as proven by our cats
After battling with my husband and cats for couch blankets, I ordered this one. It’s been a huge success with all of us. So soft and cosy. The blue is deeper than my photo. Also, long enough to cover you fully.
