Lost pockets, but still great.
This is the second one I’ve bought. Great jacket. Warm up until it’s below 20° out or so, depending on your layers underneath. My original one got a scuff on the shoulder somehow, so I relegated it to my parent’s house, as a backup. The new one is great, but one caveat is, there are fewer inside pockets, and that’s slightly annoying. Why would you remove pockets? Pockets are great! I genuinely stored plenty of things in both inside pockets. Do better, LL Bean. Not worse. Dropped to 4 stars.

Great Coat
This is my second 3 in 1 coat I have purchased. The first lasted 12-years. The new coat fits well and it is constructed very well.

Updated Review (It's WORSE)
Okay, I have ZERO idea what planet all of these other reviewers were travelling when they wore this jacket, but it must have been one without rain or inclement weather. I posted earlier about the cheap materials and shoddy construction, but figured I'd give it one shot in the rain to see if maybe the first impression was off. Nope. Soaked STRAIGHT THROUGH in a short shower. This is NOT a waterproof jacket and the attempt to mimic one has failed miserably. Definitely returning and probably done with Bean at this point. I don't know what is going on but the number of items I've had to return the past few years due to construction and shoddy materials has surpassed the number of items I've bought at this point.
