Classic and functional
This bag is that rare combination of rugged and classy. It seems bottomless, but looks trim and neat. The strap swivels so it does not tangle. It's all good!

Poorly made
I bought this bag in January. After less than 2 months the finish at the edges of the straps started to peel off. After 5 months the front of the bag has faded to a color quite different than the back (I bought the gray color). Also the loops holding the straps are now worn, and the flap over the front zipper pocket no longer lies flat. I do not use this bag every day, so the wear is significant, and it began shortly after purchase.

Great features!
I love this bag! It has an outside zip pocket that I use for my keys. Pockets inside and it is nice and roomy. The canvas is sturdy and the strap for cross body is great! This is the second one that I have bought.

Great Bag
I purchased this bag for travel and found that it exceeded my expectations! It is not a large bag but it was able to easily hold all necessary personal and items essential for travel- passport, sunglasses, sanitizer, fan, wallet, sunblock, etc and never bulged or list its shape. Very satisfied and highly recommend

I really like the look and function of this bag. But I am very disappointed that it came with the canvas wrinkled significantly. Other reviews warned of this but I decided to take a chance that I would get one packaged correctly. So unlike the LLBean of old! Another thing to note is that the price tag attached to the bag says $99.00 but I was charged $110.00 ?? Trying to decide whether to keep it or not. Sad to see a company that enjoyed a stellar reputation in the past moving in this direction.

Great crossbody purse!
I love this purse! It is lightweight, holds all of my things and has different compartments. It is nice to have a crossbody purse that looks attractive. I would like to get another one in a different color for variety.

Poor Packaging Caused Wrinkles in Canvas
Packaged squished flat in a plastic bag and was terribly wrinkled. What a shame because the canvas fabric was heavy and the bag size was perfect. I would love to have kept it but no way I was spending hours trying to get the wrinkles out. I should have read the reviews because several other purchasers mentioned the same problem.
