Excellent Size/Capacity and Sturdy Construction
This was exactly the size I was looking for with my lunches for work. High quality construction. My only complaint is the handle straps are too short and grabbing them on the fly is cumbersome. They don’t extend very far.

Wonderful size for big lunches
It’s just about perfect! A good size to pack a big lunch. I I wish it were an inch or so taller so I could stand up my Hydroflask 24 and 32 oz bottles without them pressing on the lid (I can still zip it closed without issue). This is very minor compared to the size and the ability to keep my food chilled. A great purchase.
