Great, but could be better.
This soft pack cooler is very nice and does most everything I need from it, except it could be better if it had an external zippered pouch to keep unrefrigerated items that I like to take with me.

Exceeded my expectations
I’ve tried several coolers for carrying lunch to work every day. I found this one at my local L.L. Bean store and was impressed by its size and build. I especially appreciate the swiveling shoulder-strap clasps and the Velcro closure on the handles. With an ice pack, my lunch and drinks stay cool all day. This cooler exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it!
