Too large
I wear a 10 or 10.5 boot in almost every other brand. I initially bought the Chelsea version of these boots in a 9.5 expecting it would run large, and it did, but it was almost comical how much room there was between my foot and the boot. I decided to switch to the lace up version and go another half size down, thinking that would be a good combination for a tighter fit, but even in a 9 with my thickest socks, my heel lifts up completely within the boot when I walk around. The length and width around the rest of my foot was fine, but the heel was cavernous. I can't bring myself to go down another half size or more since it takes so long to ship/receive, and they don't have free return shipping. And at that point, I think it would start to be too small towards my toes, so I will be going with another brand from now on. It's pretty unusual for a brand to be almost two full sizes off from every other option on the market, and I'm really disappointed. The quality of the boot was great, and I really wanted a pair for an upcoming fall trip to Ireland. Oh well.

Waste of money
Bought these boots to wear as my every day foot wear here in the PNW. The soles wore out within a few months, boot never broke in, and were generally difficult. The laces are not great for fast donning and doffing.
