Might be good for workouts with weights.
I had to remove the padding, which sat in an odd position on the sides and were constricting. Not easy to put on or take off.

Like a big hug
The Every Day Performance Tank is snug all around. The material is heavier than most tank tops of this type, which I like. It's a bit of a struggle to get it on, but once It is smoothed out the tank stays in place and is very supportive. I like the space around the arm openings which allows for freedom of movement without chafing. the bra holds everything in place. I am 124# 36C bra and I purchased a size medium. I am an "older" woman and a little self conscious about showing so much skin at my age-but I wear it for exercise classes and at home and that's OK.

Great top for yoga or gym
I love the idea of a top with enough support to be able to skip the extra layer of clothing involved in wearing a bra in the summer and have found LL Bean tops in the past in the past That allowed me that luxury. Unfortunately , This top was either Too small and one size or two large in the next size up , So I have had to return it .
