A bit different but still great!
I bought three pair of Riverton pants 6 years ago. These pants were my favorite pants bar none. I decided to get some more. I read the reviews. I was very hesitant to order more as the reviews were not the best. I ordered a pair in spite of the mostly poor reviews. In my opinion the new pants are slightly different than the first pants but just as good. I like the stretch as well as the zip wallet pocket. A lot of to do about nothing in my opinion. I just ordered another pair!

Bring back the OG Riverton pants!
Why change something that was excellent? Why get rid of the cell phone pocket your customers loved about this pant? The new pants are missing the extremely useful pocket.

WHY REMOVE THE POCKET?!
These pants were great until inexplicably they redesigned them and removed the main feature I used to buy so many for -- the cell phone pocket on the pant leg. It was the best cell phone pocket of any pants I've ever worn. Now that they've removed it -- did it really save that much money, especially factoring in the lost sales? -- I will never purchase these or recommend them. I wish LLBean would bring it back but I'm not holding my breath.
