The high-quality fabric goes through a special washing process so it feels soft from the start, with no break in required. Then we carefully selected button, rivet and thread colors that are unique to each wash for a classic look--it's these small details that make all the difference. The most comfortable jeans I have ever owned. I am always hesitant in buying a product that require washing prior to wearing. I have garments lose their color and shrink. Not these, great fit
