This warm anorak is a new and creative twist on our legendary wool tops. Made with the same rugged wool as our other Maine Guide wool apparel, this is the perfect hooded sweatshirt for cool days.
- Shell is 70% wool/25% nylon/5% polyester twill.
- Body insulation: Coldshield 100% recycled polyester 60gr.
- Body and sleeves lined with 100% recycled polyester taffeta.
- Dry clean.
- Wool is warm even when wet and quiet in the field so you won't spook game.
- Lined with Cold Shield 60-gram recycled polyester for warmth.
- It's equally at home in the field on a hunt or out with friends for a post-hunt beverage.
- Kangaroo pouch for warming hands with zippered pocket behind to hold small necessities.
- Quarter button up with four buttons.

Can’t move freely
Great look and I like wool. Unfortunately the fit was that of a business suit / blazer, where it looks and fits great as long as you don’t move too much = not enough freedom of movement. Needs gusseted under arms or pleats at shoulders, or larger arm holes at the torso. Had the freedom of movement been there, it would be 5 stars. I think an XL would have been too big so I returned for credit.

Buy Something Else
I usually love LL Bean's products, but I cant stand behind this anorak. This anorak is nice for mild weather, but the wool is very thin and not good quality. The worst part about this is the plastic "trash bag" style liner. Its loud, swooshy, and very annoying. LL Bean could have chose any other liner in the world and it'd be better than this. I'm going to keep this anorak because it serves its purpose of spring and fall, but thats the extent of it. I do like that everything is double stitched.

Comfortable, fits well, nice interior liner so flannel shirts don't bunch up when putting on and taking off, warm and wind resistant too...huge front pocket!
