Warm but Poor Quality
I purchased this jacket in summer. I washed it according to product directions. It washed well with no issues. My child wore it for the first time yesterday (in the fall once temperatures dipped close to freezing). The section just below the hood had a bunch of feathers coming out on the first day with minimal use. I have owned several down jackets before. Down jackets occasionally have feathers that come out, but to see so many with minimal use on the very first day is concerning. It makes the jacket look strange. The jacket is soft and seems to feel very warm, but I am disappointed in the quality. I expected it to hold up better for the price and the reputation of LLBean as a company.
