Strap Doesn’t Last
Within a few months the strap you hang up your backpack with started ripping. I was very surprised because this was our fourth backpack from them and they lasted all through elementary school!! So for the strap to tear in a few months from normal wear and tear I thought it was a fluke. I called and they immediately replaced it.
My other daughter had that same backpack and a few months after first ripped hers did in the same spot! I didn’t bother calling after that. Not going to buy another they obviously aren’t crafted like they used to.

They don't make backpacks like they used to
I bought this for my husband and the top handle ripped off within 2 months. I bought my son an LLBean backpack and it has a big worn hole within a year.
