perfect weight and warm lining.
I just received this tonight, and tried it on. It feels just right to me. I have ordered many jackets and returned them, because they just felt too heavy. I was beginning to think I would not find one I liked! I like a winter jacket that I can wear all winter and if necessary, add another layer underneath. I love the eggplant color, the zippered pockets, and the zipper is heavy enough to last, but it is a little difficult to begin zipping it up. It is not right at the bottom of the jacket, but a few inches up. This is not a deal breaker. Thank you, LLBean!

Wicked Pissa Coat
Very nice fit and comfort. The only thing I didn't expect was it's not quite as warm as I hoped. The wrinkles from shipping are slowly diminishing, but overall this coat is great for dog walks in 5 degree weather all the way up to 35 degree(F) weather. I want to rate this 4.5 but the interface only allows whole stars.

Warm and comfortable
I bought this a month ago as the northeast cod snap hit and have since worn it while shoveling after 2 snowstorms. It is very comfortable. I can move easily when shoveling and is very warm.

Replacing my winter coat - this checked most boxes
I really love the weight, cut, and features of this coat! I didn't want compression at the wrists like some other coats, I wanted a long (but not too long) coat because it's flattering and keeps me even warmer! The one thing I wish was different is that I wish it had ventilation in the underarms (armpits) with a zipper. That's the only area for improvement!

A nice coat
This coat is cozy (but not too warm). I love the red color. My only complaint is that the pockets could be deeper. I don't know why designers think that women's coats should have shallower pockets than men's coats. Women carry the same things that men do (phones, car keys, a handkerchief - I'm in Minnesota, my nose runs in the cold), but often the pockets on women's coats just don't hold all the items as easily as they could.
