INSULATED & BULKY
Not what I was expecting. It’s just an insulated bag. I thought it was more of a knapsack. But it was on sale, which sucked me in. 😢

Nice strap length, weird zipper top
Using this for my high school daughter’s lunch box. She likes the length of the handles and does not use the removable strap. The zipper top is weirdly constructed in our opinion. The interior is roomy, but the zipper top restricts how much you can get in. I think the design of the top could have been better. The insulated tote otherwise works as intended.
