I don’t know how I got along without this bag. I had bought the small to use as a lunch bag, but I wanted to be able to put a couple water bottles and needed the bigger size. The medium works perfectly. Plenty of room and keeps my lunch cold. It is absolutely beautiful and very classy in black. I would like to get one for my daughter.

I bought this tote for my sister as a thank you for hosting this part of our crazy family this summer. She has been wanting one of these forever! She gifted me one for my retirement so I gifted her one right back!!! Love, love, love this insulated bag!

Really want to love it
I purchased this cooler because we travel every weekend for our daughter's softball games and needed something that would keep ice throughout the day.
Unfortunately, the cooler does not perform as expected. The ice melts before the end of the day, and the exterior becomes heavily saturated with moisture from the melted ice inside. As a result, the outside of the cooler gets soaking wet and quickly becomes covered in dirt and dust from the softball fields.
I'm also disappointed by the warranty situation. We only use the cooler during the summer months, and it is just under two years old. Given its limited seasonal use, I expected it to last much longer.
