I remembered these as classic, well-constructed and beautifully fitting -- this time the blurb said to order a full size lower than your usual size. They came without the usual paper in the toes , but the lower size really didn't quite fit, and the right heel was so loose that the shoes actually flopped when I walked.

I bought these a half size smaller and had to send back to get a full size smaller. The length is now good but, the heel is just too wide. I tried two pair of socks but, I was still having my heel pull out of the boot as I walked. The heel is just too wide.
