Excellent Jacket So Far
The Wharf Street Rain Jacket is a gorgeous golden yellow and I just love it! As with most jackets with this type of waterproof coating, it takes time to see how it will look later. Although the instructions didn't mention this, past jackets have suggested washing the item with powdered detergent, to avoid lifting the coating from the fabric. This I will do, as I want this item to be waterproof for as long as possible. Also, I hope - but don't know yet- that "grime" will wash away from cuffs, elbows, and pocket edges when I wash it. This hasn't always completely happened with other yellow jackets that I've had. I bought the jacket relatively recently and it was a costly $140; so successful cleaning concerns me.

Nice rain jacket- bright yellow as described
Although I haven't worn this jacket long enough to be able to comment on its durability or on how waterproof it turns out to be, it is what I wanted - a waterproof jacket that can be worn over warm gear for hiking and gardening. Great features that are worth noting include inner pockets that will easily hold my cellphone and other things, and snaps that allow me to fasten the jacket quickly when I don't want to bother zipping it up.
I am 5'1" tall and weigh 128, and I have muscular arms and back. Although I probably could have worn the Medium-size jacket fine in Spring or Fall, when I also wore both a fleece vest and a fleece jacket under the raincoat, the fit was tight across my shoulders, so I decided on the Large jacket.

Too fitted
Fit poorly because it’s too fitted. I had the same jacket for years and it had plenty of room for a sweater under it.
