It's huge--TOO huge!
When I saw the photo of the model with the bag, I could tell it looked big but I assumed that the photo was playing some tricks. But it's not: this bag is way too big for most office use. If you are on the short or petite size, you will find it overwhelmingly large. It's longer than my carry-on roller suitcase, and the strap is so long that even when adjusted to its shortest, the bag hits against my knee when I have it on my shoulder. The overall construction is fine, and the pocket organization seems OK. If it were shrunk down to about 75% of this size, it might be a keeper.
