Will not keep you warm
The red and black buffalo check was sewn in sections and the checks were not matched between sections, way off, poor alignment. The thickness of comforter is fair for summer, will not keep you warm in the winter, my sons were putting on an extra blanket onto bed in the summer. I love to support LL Bean but I haven't had good luck with their products for 50 years, sorry

Perfect for a chilly Maine summer
I bought this for a summer in a remote Maine cabin and it has been perfect at keeping me warm but not too hot during the chilly nights. Not noisy and doesn’t slide around like a slick sleeping bag. I was pleased with how well it washed and got even softer.
