Lovely shoes
I just love these shoes. I bought them in 2025 at a L.L. Bean outlet to take on a trip to Alaska. They kept my feet dry, gave me good support for loads of walking and looked smart. I liked them so much I kept hunting for another pair until Bean restocked them them. Yes, they are a little heavy and rigid, but they are perfect for what I wanted.

Great walking shoes.
Love the support these give me, especially since I have high arches and a wide foot. Please keep offering them in wide! I was surprised how light weight they are, and love that, too. They seem to guide my foot gait well, also.

These shoes are very comfortable, but I can’t say I would recommend them. They already started to come apart after about one month of wear and they will not stop squeaking!
