My HAPPIEST PURCHASE
Bought three pairs. Needed to shorten legs because didn’t come pre finished in my size. I find them the most comfortable pants I’ve ever had. No baggy legs, fit on mid section where I want them. Great travel pants. Brought them on a cruise unworn and am still impressed. Stay clean and fairly wrinkle free. Good cross between jean cut and old man big boy pants. Would look good with a blazer in Newport in summer…….if I really wanted to. I just removed my pants from the laundry and did a tiny iron touchup to maje them perfect again.
I should add that pants are thin, light comfortable. I probably wouldn’t be happy wearing in a colder climate while being out side for long periods of time.

Good Travel Pants
These are my new go-to traveling pants and I do like them. They’re a little bit on the wrinkled side after washing and I get that is the “new” look. However, I still iron them because I’m old school.

Great-fitting pants!
Comfortable chinos that fit perfectly. Waist measurement is true to that as stated, unlike other manufacturers that add 1-2 inches to fit American waistlines.

I love LLBean clothing's style and quality but . .
not these pants. If I remember, I bought them as a "similar item" to Bean's classic Chino/Khaki's when my size and color were out of stock. My order came and I hesitated. These might look like canvas/twill (color matches), but the fabric is soft and pliable ("Comfort Stretch" - Bean's new thing like their jeans?). So what turned me off? These wouldn't hold a crease - didn't like to be creased (I hang my casual and dress pants). The back pockets look cheap - sewn to the outside. Slightly short and a little too baggy to be labeled "Slim Fit." So I'm done with this style. Gotta find the classics that start out stiff, but wear into a comfortable casual never-out-of-style dress pants. I mean these are comfortable on day one, but my opine is that Bean should drop this experiment. So. . . if you're looking for pants that are a hybrid cross between Bean's classic khakis and a pair of box store sweatpants, these are for you. Otherwise, you can join the Luddite fan club, like me.

Khaki is a different size than other colors
Most of the pants I wear are LL Bean, so I know what sizes normally fit. I love their quality and understated style. The khaki pants were much too small in the waist and too long in the inseam. The exact same pair in blue fit fine, but the khaki one was not.
I feel like LL Bean's sizing has become inconsistent lately. Just this year I have returned a jacket and pants for being too big and two other pants for being too small. It is getting a bit frustrating.
