Love this bag
I bought this before going on a backpacking trip. The pockets are huge and the double pull cords for the liner and outer bag helped to keep everything compressed. It took a little trial and error to get the pack to conform to the most comfortable shape, but once I figured it out it was perfect.
The material is nice and thick with saved my hide when bear spray was accidentally activated in the side pocket (totally my bad). But it did not seep into the main pocket at all.
Also, all these adjustable straps!! Greatly appreciated.
I had my eye on this bag for quite a while and I'm glad I got it.

When will we get these for long torso?
I keep looking at these but refrain from purchasing another one because I know it will be too short. They are constructed only for people with an 18-inch torso or less. At that size I know the hip belt will strike right across my abdomen like my Ridge Runner pack -- also disappointing in this regard. LL Bean makes all kinds of tall clothing and sleeping bags (except hunting pants), so why are we cheated with these and other day and weekend packs? Lets get these built to fit a 22 to 24 inch torso.

Well-made but needs external attachment points
Bag is well-made and extremely durable. Side pouches hold quart bottles but fit is snug. The one thing it lacks is attachment points. If you want to attach a carabiner to carry an accessible water bottle or attach a pair of sandals, etc there are no easy attachment points. Otherwise bag is high quality and would recommend.
