We've made the chino more comfortable than ever, in soft-washed cotton chambray with stretch for ease. These flowing wide-leg pants have an adjustable drawstring waistband that's easy to pull on and looks great too.
It's not easy to make a classic even better, but we did. First, we added a touch of stretch to traditional cotton and washed it for exceptional softness and ease. Then, we added a full elastic waistband for comfort worthy of lounging and style ready for any occasion.

Lakewashed Pants - Do Not Buy
Just bought two pairs of dark color lakewashed pants and washed and dried twice inside out.. These are picky. Do not buy for elderly. They are no longer 100% cotton. The spandex must make them picky and rough. Do not buy for an elderly person.

This and several other model pants have been way too short. The specs for regular indicate that the inseam s/b 30". This one was even shorter than 29". I expected better quality control from LL Bean.

Bring back more high rise original fit pants.
This is ok, but I much prefer the high rise original fit waist in pants. I like the elastic waist and loose fit in hips and thighs. Would prefer a slightly softer fabric.
I buy basically all of my clothes from LL Bean
