Great midweight jacket
I was concerned the longer back would look odd on a smaller jacket, but it definitely doesn't and adds extra warmth. I'm 5'5 with a muscular/athletic build. I normally would have ordered a Medium, but I went with the Small because I wanted the jacket to fit snugly for colder camping/hiking. The Small fits great with space to wear both a Tshirt and a warmer layer underneath.
Despite purchasing this jacket for camping and hiking, I've been wearing it regularly around town. It's the perfect jacket for shoulder season in upstate New York when I'm sick of my parka but still need warmth.
Plus, the blue looks fantastic!

Runs small
I am 5'1" 139 lbs. I normally wear a Medium. Sadly I did not respect other reviewer and I ordered my normal size and it was too small. I got a great sale price, but had to pay for shipping of the size large. 😞 The coat will be very warm with the fleece lining but light in weight. The zippered hand pockets are a must. In the winter I often use pockets for wallet and keys and leave my purse at home. The colors are nice, the white is not as white as I imagined, but more of a beige. Blues are not vibrant but muted.

Bold, warm, lightweight down jacket looks sharp!
I had worn a similar LL Bean down jacket for years and it was time to replace it. The after season sales were fantastic and I ordered one. I am happy to report that the size was consistent and the quality was up to the good old LL Bean standards I depend on and appreciate. The colorblock is very striking. This jacket will keep me cozy for many winters to come.

Great colors!
This is a great jacket: light and warm but not long and bulky. The blue color block is very attractive. Sometimes it would be nice to have a hood with this jacket, but I wanted less bulk.

Lining Disappointment
The jacket is very hard to put on because the smooth lining for sleeves stops below the shoulder. Wearing a warm sweater does not work - hard for winter dressing! Satin blouse is not what I need on a cold day. Very disappointed though quality and size are otherwise good. Need to shop in-house and try on, My mistake.

Warm, comfortable, lightweight and easy to pack
This is my first experience with a down-filled outer garment. Although this jacket is lightweight, it is warm. It fits well and is very comfortable. I was very happy that I took advantage of the great sale price and made this purchase.
