replacement backpack
This is a replacement for the same backpack I bought several years ago. Unfortunately on a trip my sunscreen leaked. I destroyed the backpack, eating into the fabric and weakening the stitching on the seams. I really like how light weight the backpack is and the arrangement of the interior and exterior zippered pockets plus the side water bottle pouches. Great pack for a day hike. Lesson learned: don't put sunscreen in the interior pouch!

Love these little packs, but...
This is the third time I have bought this pack.Have traveled all over the world with them. Great for travel, day hikes, XC skiing, walking around the city. Love the packability, pockets, colors, and lightweight. I use a hydration bladder when hiking and it has a nice pocket for it a hole in the top for the hose and even a nice velcro tab to hang the bladder from but, to access the hole from the pocket and attach the bladder to the velcro tab I have to tuck the inside zippered pocket behind the water bladder. This is very inefficient making it impossible to access the zippered pocket. It would be much better if you could redo the opening and velcro tab so it is accessible behind the zippered pocket. I have thought of trying to resew it myself. Also, the stitching doesn't seem to last more than a couple of years and the material seems to be susceptible to abrasion. That being said, I would probably keep buying them, but would rather not have to replace them every couple of years.
