We've made chino tie shorts more comfortable than ever, in soft-washed organic cotton with stretch for ease. A drawstring elastic waist makes them easy to pull on and looks great too.
It's not easy to make a classic even better, but we did. First, we added a touch of stretch to traditional cotton and washed it for exceptional softness and ease. Then, we added a full elastic waistband for comfort worthy of lounging and style ready for warm-weather fun.

Please bring back 100% Cotton Sunwashed
I only bought the Sunwashed cotton pants and shorts because they did not contain synthetic other material. The LL Bean brand uses nontoxic clothing. I have thyroid problems and chemical sensitivity. I'm very upset I lost my only place to shop for pants and shorts. Can not buy these.

Not For Me
I purchased these shorts hoping they would not be substantially different than the lake-washed shorts with natural waist that LL Bean has discontinued. Unfortunately, they were. The lower waistband wasn't comfortable for me and the fit was much less forgiving. I bought 3 pairs and returned them all.
