Nice rod, poor quality reel
I bought the product as a gift for a grandchild. While supervising her, I noticed that the line got badly tangled inside the reel. She has a little prior fishing experience. I took the reel apart and saw one of the worst tangles I have ever seen. I needed to take the reel apart and found it impossible to put back together. I replaced the reel with a Zebco 33mini reel which performed perfectly.

Grandsons are loving them.
I’m actually bought two for my grandsons ages 3&5, taught them to cast in pool with a bobber. These poles are easy to use and so much fun as soon as I can we are going fishing!
