Mixed review
The wind resistance is great, but the structure is a little stiffer than I like. Also, I bought an XS regular. The hip area is a little too snug. I should have looked for a Petite Small, if it is available in that size.

Great jacket
I was happy to buy this on sale. I am 5'2" and bought both a reg and petite small and ended up keeping the reg because the arm length fit better. I have worn it a few times and LOVE IT!
