What the heck happened?
Over the past ten years I bought these jeans multiple times in the same size and fit. Ankle jeans always were the perfect length. The most recent purchase hit almost two inches higher, making them crop length not ankle length . They look awkward. My weight and height haven't changed so that won't explain it.

Terrible chemical smell
I really wanted these high waisted jeans! Great fit and color (light indigo for summer) but the chemical smell was too much, even after two washes. So I returned them.
The fit: I’m 5’5” 135lb ish size 10 was just right.

Bring back slim fit crops, please!
Returning because there is an odd bell shape at the bottom hem. I miss the slim crop pants from LLBean that I purchased in the past. I actually typically order tall inseams from LLBean but ordered these in petite so that I might get something close to the slim jean crops I’ve had from LLBean. These fit well except for the bell shape to the bottom hem.
