Quality Rain Coat
This rain coat is very good and easy to store away for whenever you it needs to be used. It fits so well and perfect in any storage area of your travel bag or car trunk or pocketbook. I love the way it folds up and looks like a pouch.

Very Poor Raincoat
I was very disappointed in this raincoat. I wore it to a football game where it rained steadily for an extended period, providing a good test of its waterproofing. The entire coat became soaked, and the fabric on my arms was wet from the rain. While I stayed relatively dry underneath, the coat itself seemed to absorb the water rather than repel it. I expected a raincoat from L.L. Bean to hold up much better in steady rain. Unfortunately, this one did not perform as I expected, and I would not recommend it for prolonged exposure to rain.

Great travel coat
I purchased this coat for travel. So far, I have been lucky enough to beautiful weather on my vacation so I have no idea how it works in the rain but it certainly packs well and it fits nicely.
