Love the length-I purchased the petite
I bought this online in January 2026 while traveling in Arizona. I had another long trail model raincoat and black rain pants (still serviceable) purchased from Bean years ago and the coat was worn out. They finally came out with another long raincoat. It is actually about 3" longer than my old one. I like this one better since the lining is integrated into the coat instead of being a second layer which shrunk and caused the old raincoat outer layer to weirdly rise up in the back. Sleeve length is good and it is roomy enough to layer in the shoulder seasons. The two-way zipper works well and the pockets are deep enough for a cell phone. My old coat had a hood that rolled up in to the collar, which I liked because I wear a rain hat. The hood on this one is always there and when I use it I loose my side vision. I usually wear my hat anyway for better side vision.

Fits as expected, good coverage
The jacket looks nice, keeps the rain off my wife and it's not too heavy. The extra length is a nice feature she really likes.
