Best raincoat for hot weather!
My daughter thinks that I should be your spokesperson for this raincoat! This is my second one. I can’t tell you exactly when I got the first one, but I had worn it for years. I am not an outdoorsman by any means, but my late sweet black lab made me one. He passed away in 2017. My guess is that that first raincoat was purchased around 2003 or 2004. I had to walk that boy rain or shine. The summers in South Carolina are hot and steamy when it rains. I needed a raincoat that I could stand to wear when the weather was hot and raining. It does cool off some, but a regular raincoat is too hot. My daughter borrowed my coat to take him out, and so I ended up getting her one, too. My first one was a bright green, but I felt that worked well after dark. I got a size larger than I needed, so that I could wear it over a light jacket or my purse.

Great light weight rain coat
I replaced my former LL Bean rain coat with a new one. The old one was 12 years old. It’s lightweight and just the right length for our Florida rain showers.

I wish it worked
I’m 5’4” and weigh 120. I bought this in XS and it was too narrow. Also, the sleeves were too long. I have very long arms! So I ordered it in Small Petite. The sleeves were okay but overall it was just odd. Too long for me. I’m sure it will work for somebody! I would love this raincoat if it were a little bit shorter and if the regular were a little wider.

Love LlBean rain coats, but not the velcro
I bought a raincoat many years ago, I loved the coat, but the Velcro is awful. It pulls on sweaters and causes pills. I have bought raincoats that I liked less from other brands because they have snaps which don’t pull
