Really pleased with fit and features
I bought this a few weeks ago to fill a gap in my autumn outerwear: a lightweight, soft, everyday, hooded outer layer that could provide a little protection from a light rain or wind, and could be worn with or without additional warm layers underneath until I needed a WARM coat. This has been perfect. I ended up cutting off the hood drawstring because I didn’t like the look.
The fit is perfect for me. I’m a little bigger in the middle and hoped to avoid any cling around my belly - success! I have a 28-29” waist and got an XS and it hangs well with no cling, even with a fleece underneath.

Perfect!
I had the black version of this jacket from and few years ago but I’d ordered a medium regular and it was on the big side so I eventually gave it to my daughter. I saw the wood violet shade in this year’s version and decided to try ordering a medium petite. I’m 5’4” and 135 pounds. The jacket is perfect! I love the color, the fit , the hood. It’s not rainproof but it’s a nice outer layer for wind and light rain. It’s very packable and can be used over a fleece layer for more warmth. I love it.
