Flexible, light-weight, comfortable windbreaker.
I bought this as an experiment. Turned out to be an ideal windbreaker. I really like it.
Very flexible and light, easy to move in. Good at keeping the cool breeze out, with enough room inside for a medium-weight fleece if needed. Haven't had occasion to test its water-'resistance' yet -- hoping it will tolerate light showers without saturating. Appearance is casual/sporty, but not sloppy.

Just what I expected
I've had Mountain Classic Anoraks for decades- different sizes/colors for different uses. From 14ers to winter cycle commuting. This is exactly what I wanted, a little handier to wear over a flannel for quick walks and mild weather hikes. You don't always need a feature-laden, 300 dollar high-tech shell. The hood might be a little close-fitting for some, but it's just right over a ball cap for me. I chopped off the strings as it fits good enough as-is, just like my others.
