Great jacket, but shoulders pill
Bought this for my teenage son as a Christmas present. He absolutely loves it because of its warmth and wears is it all the time. He's 6'2" tall, 135 pounds, and always cold! The medium tall was perfect for him and allows a little bit of room to fill out. We've washed it a few times and it's held up well. My only issue is that he wears it to school with a backpack and the panel of fabric over the shoulders started pilling after only a month, where the shoulder straps contact. Other than that, a great jacket.

Great in Sub Zero
I purchased this coat during a sub zero week in Ohio, when a lighter weight LL Bean jacket couldn’t keep me warm. The day this coat arrived it was-2°, I put it on went for a walk and could not have been more comfortable.

Shallow pockets
I bought this parka in 2020, possibly it has changed since then. The parka would be much better if the pockets were deeper. Especially in the winter one needs deep pockets. I have to be very careful that my gloves don't fall out of the pocket. There are inner pockets with a zipper that I have never used. A deep pocket on the inside would be good. It's going down to freezing tonight and I am considering wearing a lighter and much less expensive coat because of its deep pockets as I have to carry a few extra things. Wearing this coat is often a frustrating experience.
