Not what they used to be...
I used to wear LL Bean slippers all the time - fleece bootees for winter, fleece scuffs for summer. But they aren't what they used to be! (They stopped carrying the bootees, but that's a different issue). The insole is a separate piece, rather than being sewn in, so it flips out when I take my foot out. It feels plasticky and makes my feet uncomfortably sweaty - it's got a fuzzy coating, but it's not like having a piece of polar fleece sewn into the shoe. I will be returning them. My mother loves her shearling slippers, but I'm allergic to wool, so LL Bean no longer has a good option for me.

very disappointed with these slippers. Very wide and without structure or support. i would not recommend. I love wicked good clogs and many other Ll bean slippers for their structure and support and warmth. However these slippers were not of ll bean quality

No half sizes
Why don't these and other LL Bean shoes come in half sizes anymore? I have a choice between too big and too small. Too small never works, so I got the 10 and put them in the dryer, but they still flop around on my feet. They seem like very nice slippers, but I'm disappointed I can't wear or return them now.
