Zippers stick in fabric
I am not happy with this product. This is the second backpack I have purchased in the past 2 years that has a problem with the zipper. The zipper gets stuck in the fabric of the bag, and it is impossibleto get loose. I had to buy new backpacks for my kids after purchasing these expensive ones, which I hoped would last a few years. Love all other LLBean products, but not the backpacks.
