Warm gloves
These gloves are not lined with fleece as the picture would suggest but use thin sulfate. I find them as warm as any other glove I have tried. I removed one star because the description was misleading.

leather gloves
These are good looking leather gloves and a good fit on my small hands. I had the chance to try them out on a one mile walk in 33 degree weather. Unfortunately, my hands were a bit cold when I got home. What's the point of wearing gloves if they don't keep your hands warm? For $99.00, I was expecting warm winter gloves.

Not what I remembered
I was looking for gloves to wear on my daily long walk, and remembered fondly the gloves from my youth: leather with fleece lining. I read the description and ordered these. Yes, the cuffs are sheepskin fleece, but the lining is polyester, which is not warm. I am most disappointed that LL Bean has lowered their quality in this way.
