It took more than two years, more than 75 testers and a close partnership with flannel experts at our mill in Portugal to perfect our popular Ultrasoft Comfort Flannel Bedding. To achieve the superior pill-resistant flannel fabric for our striped sheet set, we developed an exclusive process that carefully removes fibers from the surface to create a velvety smooth finish.
