contradictory advice about sizing
On the purchase page it says "half sizes order up," so I ordered a 10, but in the package is a card saying "Shearling-lined footwear should provide a snug fit in order to offer both comfort and warmth. Initially, your toes and forefoot should feel slightly confined. The shearling lining will pack down around the shape of your toes and foot to provide a custom fit within a short period of time." This information should be included on the product page. I didn't find the card until after I had been wearing them for a few days around and outside the house, so it is too late to exchange them for 9s. Also, if these are so popular, why can't they make them in half sizes? The 10s fit okay on my right foot but are way too loose on the left and I am getting a blister on my left heel. Otherwise, they are warm, comfortable, and very sturdy. It's nice to be able to wear slippers without socks.

I was disappointed. Have purchased before, this slipper is no match to the quality of my other slipper from a few years ago. It’s a bit tight, inside material is disappointing. I don’t think I recall the quantity of fluff was odd. My older slipper is still good so will be returning the new edition.
