Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good, not great… Really like the coolness of the percale. Also like the color. Contrary to the write-up - the bottom sheet does not stay put. Maybe a stronger elastic is needed? That is the only negative, but it is a big one… Actually thinking about returning them.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good quality for the price. Good fit on mattress. These are the "all that" of Wirecutter rating and more. They launder well with almost no wrinkling if removed from dryer promptly to put on bed and fit the mattress (queen in guest room) perfectly. Great weight, comfortable to sleep in. Big fan of percale, having used only that for decades, so I know it softens over time. Just a couple of washings in and these are good and I imagine will be perfect after six'ish washings. I use LLB 400TC Egyptian cotton percale in the master bedroom and those are outstanding too. One note: the cream color in the 280TC leans just a tad yellow and the cream in the 400TC leans more birch.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice sheets for a splurge Just got our first king size bed and decided to try these sheets based on Wireutter's recommendation. They were also on sale. As other reviewers have noted, they were a bit stiff to start but with each washing they get softer. The bottom sheet is big, but would be good if you have an extra deep mattress of mattress topper. I hope these sheet will last a long time as I've never spent this much on sheets.
