website says get pats waist size. That is wrong. Like all belts, it should be one size larger. Still wiating for replacement

they stretch until they don't fit
I had one of these belts for years until it got to the point it was too big. I chalked some of that happening to a little weight loss. Once my weight leveled off, I bought a new one maybe 8 months ago. I have not gained or lost any weight since that time and this belt has moved from the last hold to the third one in. The odd thing is that I never keep it very tight and it's not from the holes in the belt stretching. They've barely stretched. It's the entire belt that stretches. My waist is a 32 and so is this belt and at the rate it's stretching I have another 8 months until I have to replace it. Save your money and buy a better belt. Tossing these in the garbage every 16 months is a total waste of money. For this review I selected the option that this belt is true to size because it was when I bought it.
