Made from premium stretch denim, with state-of-the-art S GENE® technology, the breakthrough fabric "remembers" its shape for superior retention. While the average recovery of other stretch denim is around 70% (leaving plenty of room for bagging and sagging), True Shape recovers 91% of its original shape (ensuring a great fit all day, every day). These jeans will follow your every move and look just as good at the end of the day as they did when you first put them on.

Great fit
I first bought these several years ago. They are finally starting to wear thin. I was a little worried that they wouldn't have quite the same fit or sizing, but ordered the same size, and they fit great. Very comfortable.

disappointing
When I discovered you've discontinued women's double l jeans, your sales rep recommended these jeans as the closest substitute. So I ordered them. I even ordered a size up as a reviewer said they ran small.
They arrived today: bizarre sizing -- too tight on waist with 4-inch zipper trying to accommodate a high-rise style. Fabric middling quality. Nothing like the L.L. Bean quality I've been used to. They're going back.

Perfect jeans
I love these jeans. I’ve had them in black for several years- they wash and dry without shrinking, never get saggy in the butt or legs. Now I have the denim, too. They look great on, have a slim leg, but not too tight.

jeans that really do fit!
I have worn these jeans for years. They fit so well that I have only two other pairs of jeans of another brand. All others were donated or given away years ago. I love that I can get the classic fit (higher waist) in all the finishes. The lengths are perfect for me also .I am anxious to try the new "trouser" version. Glad to see that LLB brought those back.
