Made from premium stretch denim, with state-of-the-art S GENE® technology, the breakthrough fabric "remembers" its shape for superior retention. While the average recovery of other stretch denim is around 70% (leaving plenty of room for bagging and sagging), True Shape recovers 93% of its original shape (ensuring a great fit all day, every day). These jeans will follow your every move and look just as good at the end of the day as they did when you first put them on.
- Rinsed, Stonewashed: 93% cotton, 5% polyester and 2% elastane.

Disappointed
I've been wearing LL Bean's comfort jeans for longer than I care to say. I've been looking for a replacement since they were discontinued. These aren't it! The fabric almost looks like denim, just as a cheap blend shirt almost looks like cotton. I'm keeping them as grubbies to save the good jeans I have.

My first Bean ‘boo boo’
I have been a consistent ‘tall buyer’. As usual, the fit is great, what happened to the length?
These guys are short, heading up to the calf. When the switch was made from ‘tall’ to ‘medium tall’
I thought I’d give it a try, and the last jeans I bought were long enough. These latest M/T jeans don’t fit the description. I’m keeping them because I need them and they will work as short pants, maybe capris this summer.

Sizing off
I bought these because I really liked a prior pair in black (really charcoal) but this pair is substantially bigger. I tried to shrink them using a hot wash and hot dryer but nothing happened. I suppose that is the good news in that you can count on them to retain the size they arrive at. I just wish you could count on the size being consistent.

Bring back cotton jeans!
I purchased a pair of these jeans a few years ago and did not like the fit nor fabric. I ordered a pair of love an men's all cotton jeans which fit me perfectly, and I am still wearing them, but cannot replace because you don't make them any longer. I have read many, many jeans reviews from your unhappy customers who want 100% cotton jeans. Why has your company not responded to this overwhelming preference for basic cotton jeans for both men and women? You are losing so many customers. It just doesn't make sense.
