Overall this sweater is super comfortable and keeps me cozy no matter the weather. However, it tends to snag easily. Just wearing my cross body purse with smooth strap has caused the sweater to show snags.

Warm and comfy winter cotton sweater
I previously bought this sweater in blue and liked it so I went back for it in a deep pinky purple color. I went up one size than what the size chart suggests and am very happy. I can wear it over a long sleeved tshirt or a regular tshirt and that works fine. The sleeves are long enough. I normally wear wool sweaters, but this sweater is knit tightly and heavily enough that I am plenty warm most winter days.

Nice sweater, but...
I don't generally go for cotton sweaters because they're too heavy, but one I'd purchased before here is not, I like and wear it a lot, and thought this one was similar but it's not, unfortunately, it's much thicker and heavier than the other, and that's a disappointment, also it's a snugger fit than the other, which is another reason I give it only three stars - many of LLBean's tops are too snug, and I only weight 126 lbs!. I'll keep it, but I may end up giving it away, because of the weight.

Great cotton sweater
Great cotton sweater. I have this version in 5 colors and like this neckline. I have versions from other years that have lower necklines that have the narrower neck edge.

Beautiful sweater but...
Love the color and fit of this sweater. I enjoy wearing it but...after I wore it just two or three times I noticed it was starting to 'pill', especially under the arms. Did not expect that from a sweater this soon. I have owned lots of LL Bean sweaters (including another cotton ragg one I have had for about 5 years) and never had this problem. Not happy about this but love everthing else about it.
