More pockets please (but still love it!)
I purchased this to use as a laptop bag and traveling carry-on bag, the crossbody strap is what sold me on it and the small interior pocket and zipper closure were great pluses. Just got back from my first trip with it; it comfortably fit my laptop, notebook, another book, a small cosmetic pouch, wallet, and a water bottle with a little room left to spare. It would be great if it had a luggage trolly sleeve (maybe I can get a tailor to add one) but it sat nicely on top of my rolling suitcase. My only complaint is that the interior pocket is difficult to reach when the bag's zipper flap is 'down', so it might as well not have the interior pocket. I'd love to see two phone/slip pockets inside, one for a phone and the other for misc little items - but still I love this bag and it's replaced my backpack as my airline personal item/carryon bag. Oh it fits under the seat in front of you too!

Love this bag! Perfect for traveling. I also use it for my crochet & knitting projects. Fill it, zip it & go. Crossbody is a definite plus for me. This bag is a must have! Thanks LL Bean,
